This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in any way.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry in CSR No.192 of 2023 was undertaken. During the course of the enquiry, it was found that the issue involved in this matter is civil in nature and W.P(MD).No.28088 of 2022 is also pending before this Court. This Court had also passed the order of status-quo and the parties were advised to redress their remedy in the writ proceedings. Accordingly, the complaint was closed. 3.Recording the submission fof the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the enquiry has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
