The claimants filed Motor Accident Claims Original Petition before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-Additional District Court, Virudhunagar, Srivilliputhur. The tribunal returned the application on the ground that the Court fee has not been paid. 2.The case of the claimants is that they have taken out the application seeking exemption of payment of Court fee. The tribunal must first decide the said application.

3.In that view of the matter, the order impugned in this civil revision petition is set aside and this Civil Revision Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ allowed. Registry shall return the original petition filed by the revision petitioners to the revision petitioners for representation

before the Court below. The Court below shall decide the interlocutory application filed by the revision petitioners/claimants seeking exemption from payment of Court fee. NO costs.
