************* [Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] After making submissions elaborately, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the appellant would withdraw the Writ Petition. Further, the learned counsel would submit that the pending representation may be directed to be considered by the first respondent herein.

2. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition and the Writ Appeal are dismissed as withdrawn. We make it clear that the first respondent, while complying with the order of the learned Single Judge in this regard, shall not take into consideration of the findings rendered therein. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
