ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 02.01.2020 made in W.P.(MD)No.27275 of 2019.
2.Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by this Court dated 02.01.2020 has been complied with, as the respondent, considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2019 as directed therein, has rejected the plea of the petitioner. Therefore, with liberty to challenge the said rejection order, this Contempt Petition can be closed, he contented.
