ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus, by directing the respondents No.2 and 3 herein to take appropriate action against the respondents No 4 and 5 based on petitioner's complaint, dated 07.04.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 07.04.2022, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 12.04.2022.
