JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat organized by Taluk Legal Services Authority, Aruppukottai. Hence, the learned counsel for the appellant has circulated a letter, dated 10.10.2025 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. The said letter is placed on record. In this regard, he has also made an endorsement in the bundle.

2.In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is also entitled to receive the Court fee as per the procedure contempleted under law. No 2/4

costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
