When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, a final report in E Filing No. 2960902324005501 has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai on 22.03.2026. It was further submitted that the directions issued by this Court in its order dated 01.12.2025 passed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 21636 of 2025 have been duly complied with.
