O RDER Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet is made ready and the charge sheet will be filed before the concerned Court as soon as possible. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
