This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated, 11.10.2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions submitted that the petitioner was acquitted from the charges framed against him in C.C. No. 103 of 2011.

3. In view of the above said submission, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
