3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that FIR was already registered in this case on 07.06.2017 in Crime No.17 of 2017 for the punishable offences under Sections 120(b), 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC on the file of the respondent Police.

4. Hence, the counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Criminal Original Petition is

dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order already granted by this Court is vacated.
