The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police brought to the notice of this Court that a complaint has been received against the petitioner on 02.02.2026 from one Banumathi alleging job racketeering . Therefore, they are conducting enquiry. 3.In view of the above said facts, the second respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
