O R D E R

Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent invites my attention to the proceedings dated 09.02.2020 in Pa.Mu.A1/4407/2024, recommending correction in the UDR.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the request is regarding correction of various sub-divided survey numbers, however, order now relied on pertains only to S.No.123/2C. 3.Per contra, learned Additional Government Pleader, inviting my attention to the order dated 09.02.2026, would state that the report of the Tahsildar confirmed the entitlement of hte petitioner only to S.No.123/2C and in respect of the other survey numbers, for nonfurnishing of documents, the Tahsildar has not recommended for necessary corrections. Learned Additional Government Pleader would invite my attention to the specific finding of the report of the Tahsildar.

4.In the light of the above, I do not see any infirmity in the orders passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Aruppukkottai, based on the report of the Tahsildar. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, it shall be open to the petitioner to independently challenge the same in the manner known to law.

5.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 24.03.2026 Index: Yes/No.
