Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has given a representation dated 08.01.2021 alleging that in the petition-mentioned water-body, there are encroachments and the same should be removed.

3. The jurisdictional Tahsildar is directed to hold an enquiry and pass order on the petitioner's representation which shall be duly communicated to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
