ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil disputes under the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the fourth respondent is a tenant in a shop owned by the petitioner and when the lease agreement was expired,the petitioner instructed the fourth respondent to vacate the premises and now, the fourth respondent made a complaint, as if the petitioner took the goods from the locked shop and the respondent police are harassing him under the guise of enquiry and hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the petitioner himself preferred a complaint as against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.6506 of 2020 the fourth respondent in the month of March 2020 and the same has been treated as a petition enquiry in CSR.No.164 of 2020 and after enquiry was completed, the same was closed. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no complaint pending as against the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further order is necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
