PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To Relax the condition imposed on us by the order dated 13/05/2020 made in Crl.A.(MD) No.162 of 2020 Prayer in Crl.A(MD) No.162 of 2020:- Criminal Appeal filed under section 14-A(2) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016 against the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Ramanathapuram, dated 17.02.2020 made in Crl.MP No.198 of 2020.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL A(MD) No.162 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL A(MD) No.162 of 2020 on 13/05/2020 regularly, and they pray for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL A(MD) No.162 of 2020 on 13.05.2020 is modified the petitioners are directed to appear before the second respondent once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m. 5.The criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed accordingly.
