O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has made an endorsement to that effect and also circulated a letter dated 03.11.2016 to the Registry, wherein it has been stated as follows: "Our party namely P.Muthulakshmi wife of M.Pitchai, residing at No.107 B, Pandian Nagar, Thiruthangal, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District has filed the above mentioned writ petition seeking service connection to her agricultural well. Now our client wants to withdraw the above mentioned writ petition.

It is therefore, requested that Registrar may kindly list the matter under the withdrawal caption before the concerned Court on 07.11.2016."

2. In view of the letter dated 03.11.2016 circulated to the Registry and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
