O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner submitted a complaint dated 06.05.2017 to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kottaipattinam and the Deputy Superintendent of Police has forwarded the complaint on 11.05.2017 to the Inspector of Police, Manalmelkudi and petition enquiry is pending.

2. In view of the above, the second respondent/Inspector of Police, Manalmelkdi Police Station is directed to conduct the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner by calling both parties and ensure that no physical harm befalls the petitioner.
