Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations made in the F.I.R., a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner cannot be issued. However, the respondent police is directed to expeditiously complete the investigation in Cr.No.432 of 2016 and file either a closure report or charge sheet, as the case may be, under due intimation to the petitioner/defacto complainant.
3. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
