Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarfied Mandamus calling for records in connection with the impugned order dated 13.01.2015 made in Na.Ka.No.8640/2014 A-2 issued by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant assignment or patta in the name of the petitioner for land measuring three cents in the northern side in S.No.94/3 Aadhanur Village, Perayurani Taluk, Thanjavur District.
