[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This Habeas Courpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the petitioner's wife by name Sathiya Priya, aged about 30 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. It is seen that in respect of missing of the petitioner's wife, a case in Vangal Police Station Crime No.285 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.348 of 2020 2020 has been registered on 04.06.2020 for woman missing and the investigation is in progress.
