ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465 and 471 IPC in Crime No.52 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, while filing a petition for return of vehicle, produced fake RC Book. Hence, the defacto complainant, who is working as Chief Clerk in the Judicial Magistrate Court, lodged the present complaint. Hence, the case.

4.It is seen that earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 06.03.2023 and this is second petition for anticipatory bail. There is no change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only)payable to the Legal Services Authority attached to this Bench.
