decreetal order in E.A.No.37/2023, dated 07.01.2026 in E.P.No. 6/2021 in A.C.P.No.747/2019 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Pudukkottai for the present.

ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the impugned decretal order dated 07.01.2026 made in E.A.No.37 of 2023 in E.P.No.6 of 2021 in A.C.P. No.747 of 2019, passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Pudukkottai, for the present.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the production of the certified copy of the decreetal order in E.A.No.37 of 2023 in E.P.No.6 of 2021 in A.C.P. 2/4

No.747 of 2019 is dispensed with for the present. However, the certified copy of the same shall be produced immediately upon its receipt from the trial court.
