This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish disobedience to comply with the order, dated 29.09.2023 passed in W.P. (MD)No.8631 of 2013.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.8631 of 2013, dated 29.09.2023 has already been complied with.
