This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to investigate the case in Cr.No.588 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

2. Mr.K.Balasubramanian, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Swamimalai Police Station is present. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation in Crime No.588 of 2015 was completed and a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumbamonam in C.C.No.133 of 2017.
