ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the learned Fast Track Court, (Magisterial Level), Kovilpatti, in Cr.M.P.No.3025 of 2024 in C.C.No.119 of 2021 dated 12.12.2024, this Criminal Revision Case is filed. 2.Heard both sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner had appeared in all hearing except for final hearing and also considering the nature of the order passed by the learned Fast Track Court, this Court hereby set aside the impugned order dated 12.12.2024 and remand back the same before the learned Fast Track Court, (Magisterial Level), Kovilpatti, on payment of costs of Rs. 2,500/- to the respondent.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed. The learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
