ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the property dispute between the petitioners and respondents 4 and 5, which is the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.54 of 2020 on the file of the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 05.06.2020. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
