ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302 I.P.C, in Crime No.37 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused in this case and one Duraipandian are close friends. Before some days, the said Duraipandian was murdered by two persons. The first accused hope that the elder son of the defacto complainant and deceased in this case, involved the above said murder. Hence, the first accused planned to kill the defacto complainant's son. the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
4.It is seen that this is the second petition for seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Since there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
