The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to register case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.07.2016 and to take appropriate action against the accused persons within the time stipulated by this Court.

petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
