For all Writ Petitions :- For petitioners : Mr.K.Appadurai For respondents : Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar Additional Government Pleader ******** COMMON ORDER Aggrieved over the pay anomaly, the petitioners want to consider their representations on par with their juniors. In this connection, they have made representations to the authorities concerned. Since the said representations are pending consideration, they have come forward with these Writ Petitions.

2. Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for all the respondents.

3. By consent, these Writ Petitions are taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that it would be suffice if the representations of the petitioners are disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations of the petitioners will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners in all these Writ Petitions, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioners, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Such orders shall be passed by the first respondent as per the letter of the first respondent in LR.No.45113/Pay Cell/20091 dated 17.08.2009 and also as per the direction made in WP(MD) No.18297/2013 dated 09.12.2014. In this connection, the petitioners

herein are directed to communicate a copy of this order to the first respondent, along with their respective representations already sent to the respondents, for passing necessary orders. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
