PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR17065 of 2017:

To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 14.12.2016 made in I.A.No.172 of 2016 in O.S.No.89 of 2010 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Ambasamudram and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.PAREKHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Heard.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 443 days in re-presenting the C.R.P(MD).SR17065 of 2017 is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall remit a sum of Rs.500/- to the 'Siddha Dispensary' attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, failing which the order shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this Court.
