PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorai, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.39/2020 A1 dated 15.05.2020 and quash the same.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today through video conference, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to institute suit in the jurisdictional Civil Court in terms of Section 79(2) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endorsements Act, 1959, for the relief that has been sought in this Writ Petition. He has also sent an e-mail dated 22.06.2020 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to that effect, which is placed on record. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
