ORDER

This Petition has been filed to directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to conduct an inquiry and take appropriate action and to pass appropriate orders by considering petitioner's representation, dated 16.06.2021 and 26.07.2021.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaints before the first and second respondents on 16.06.2021 and 26.07.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
