O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli in Crl MP No.14782/2024, dated 13.11.2024 and consequently register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint, dated 01.08.2024.

2.According to the petitioner, the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli in Crl MP No.14782/2024, dated 13.11.2024 has not been complied with by the 2nd respondent. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have not received the copy of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P.No.14782/2024 and they have no knowledge about the order passed by the learned Magistrate. 2/4

4.In view of the same, this Court hereby direct the petitioner to serve the copy of the order in Crl.M.P.No.14782/2024, dated 13.11.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli to the 2nd respondent within a week from the date of this order, thereafter, the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action based on the order of the learned Magistrate, in accordance with law.
