The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 439(1)(b) Cr.P.C., seeking modification of condition No.2, imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai, in his order dated 07.10.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.1266 of 2016, that he should appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai Police, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard Mr.M.Seeni Sulthan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is suffering from kidney stone problem and he is also a paralysis affected person, this Court is inclined to modify the condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.2 imposed by the leaned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai, in his order, dated 07.10.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.1266 of 2016, to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

4. The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
