Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling the records of the respondent ie.., the Principal Secretary to Government, Education Department, Chennai relating to Letter No.3380 / Nee.Va. 2 /2013-5 dated: 07.10.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to count 50% of services put in by the petitioner as part time Vocational Instructor for the period from 22.08.1977 to 03.06.1979 for the purpose of calculation of pension and to send revised pension to Accountant General, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order and directions issued by this Court have been complied with and to that effect he has also produced a copy of the Proceedings of the respondent, dated 05.04.2022.

3. The aforesaid proceedings is taken on record. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
