ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition at the SR stage itself and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P. (MD) No. SR17071 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 03.04.2024 Index : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No pal/sm Note: (i) Issue order copy by 12.04.2024.

(ii) The Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram shall ensure that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case in O.S. No. 58 of 2018 and quarterly reports in that regard shall be sent to the Registrar (Judicial) of the Court till its disposal.
