The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to register a case, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 26.09.2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.1 of 2016 has been registered against the Directors of the Company and the petitioner will be treated as one of the witnesses in this case.

3. Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police with all relevant documents and the respondent shall consider and take necessary action in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
