ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondent to release and hand over the custody of the petitioner's Mahindra Bolero car bearing registration No.TN-19-X6969 to the petitioner in connection with Crime No.186 of 2020 on the file of the respondent.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed under Section 451 Cr.P.C. was not entertained by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in view of the lock-down, previously the application filed by the petitioner was not entertained and now the same was entertained by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi.
