PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue a direction to transfer the investigation to the fourth respondent office for conducting fair and impartial investigation in Crime No.434/2021 on the file of the third respondent.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to issue a direction to transfer the investigation to the fourth respondent office for conducting fair and impartial investigation in Crime No.434/2021 on the file of the third respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that 1/3
the petitioner is suspecting is father-in-law for honor killing of his wife.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is under progress.
4. At this juncture, if the investigation is transferred to the file of any other agency, it would affect the entire investigation done by the third respondent. That apart the petitioner has failed to make any ground for transfer of investigation from the file of the third respondent. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation from the file of the third respondent to any other investigating agency.
5. Hence, this petition stands dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However the third respondent is directed complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the third respondent.
