ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks restoration of patta in his favour. It is stated that enquiry is pending on the file of the fourth respondent for quite sometime. The fourth respondent is directed to conclude the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3.This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
