This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2024 and consequently direct the second and third respondents not to disturb the petitioner's day today life.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is the history sheet holder and there are three cases pending against the petitioner. However, the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by the petitioner. The petitioner's representation is under consideration and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of one week.
