Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry for the illegalities committed by the 6th respondent based upon the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2020 and to pass appropriate orders within the time fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the 1st to 5th respondents.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry for the illegalities committed by the 6th respondent based on the representation dated 27.05.2020 made by the petitioner.
3. Though several allegations have been made in the affidavit, without going into the merits of the case I am inclined to dispose this Writ Petition with the following directions:- i. The 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 27.05.2020 of the petitioner and pass appropriate order within a period of eight weeks from today. ii.Needles to state, before such order is passed, the petitioner shall be heard.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
