Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the First Information Report, this Court cannot issue direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the charges sheet before the concerned Magistrate expeditiously.

2. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is closed.
