action against the illegal formation of layout in 415 acres of Nanja lands in Pettai-I Village of Manoor Panchayat Union, Tirunelveli District, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2014.

2. If there is a complaint with regard to illegal formation of lay out, it is for the District Collector to consider the representation on its own merit and in accordance with law. We find no reason to issue any direction one way or other and action will be taken after affording opportunity to necessary parties so as to avoid allegation of violation of principles of natural justice.

3. This Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
