ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to take action against the second and third respondents based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.05.2014.

2.According to the petitioner, the act of the second and third respondents in transferring the patta, which was standing in the name of the petitioner, in favour of the other persons, was not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

correct and therefore, action has to be taken against those respondents. Therefore, he approached the first respondent and gave a representation on 02.05.2014.

3.It is stated that already the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer and further revision before the District Revenue Officer in respect of the patta proceedings and failed to succeed before both the authorities. When that being the factual position, I do not understand as to how the petitioner is justified in seeking the action against the second and third respondents, who have only discharged their official duties. Therefore, I find no merits in this writ petition. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
