ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.665 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 120(b), 147, 148, 341 and 302 IPC.
