ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to forbear the first respondent from passing any final orders in the Revision Petition filed by the second respondent till the disposal of the civil suit in O.S.No.29 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Keeranur.

2. Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, has placed before this Court, an order dated 08.04.2022 passed by the first respondent.

3. Since final orders have already been passed in the Revision Petition filed by the second respondent, the present Writ Petition has now become infructuous.

4. However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.04.2022 passed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.7088 of 2022 the first respondent in the manner known to the petitioner under law. The said statement is recorded.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if such a direction is issued by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.04.2022 passed by the first respondent in the manner known to the petitioner under law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
