ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for 'Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order dated 18.04.2022 and the requisition submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar in D.No.190 dated 02.04.2025 seeking further two months time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.392/2019, this Court made the following Order: 1/3

'Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "extension of time for lower Court" to dispose of the case in C.C.No.392 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar.

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar has addressed a letter to the Registry, dated 02.04.2025, requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of the case in C.C.No.392 of 2019 in pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.09.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the aforesaid case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.392 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.'
