ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention, dated 07.08.2018 passed in M.H.S.Confdl No.87/2018 detaining him as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has already been revoked by the Government.

3.Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
