ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the leaned District Munsif, Virudhunagar to dispose of E.P.No.21 of 2017 in O.S.No.209 of 2008 within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner has filed the execution petition for bringing the property for sale towards the charge created by a maintenance decree passed in favour of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the execution petition is pending from the year 2017, without any progress.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that execution petition is pending for nearly four years, there shall be a direction to the leaned District Munsif, Virudhunagar to dispose of E.P.No.21 of 2017 in O.S.No.209 of 2008 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
